What to do if you find a fault or a mistake on this site

If you find any error on this site, e.g. a spelling mistake, bad grammar or a broken link could you please contact the Webmaster at Maple Systems.

Organisation of this web site

This site is organised so that the main menu can always be found on the far left of this window. The main menu on the left uses Flash animation. If it fails to show up on your browser this might be because your browser does not have the Flash plug in. If you want to download the free Flash player so you can see Flash animations in your browser go to the Macromedia web site.

There is also a simple text based version of the main menu at the foot of all the pages.

Navigation around the web site

Once an item is selected from the menu you will be taken to another page possibly with a submenu. The submenu contains a further number of topics within your original topic choice. By clicking on the "Back" and "Forward" icons in the top right hand corner of the screen you can move easily between the pages you have selected previously in the order you have explored them.

Favorites

The way to store and retrieve web addresses in the Internet Explorer Browser is called favorites. If you are visiting a particular page on the web site, and would like to visit this page directly another time, click on the Favorites icon and the browser will automatically record the address of the page for you.

Refresh the page

Refresh - reloads the page you have on your screen. If you hold down the shift key and click on this icon it will force the page to reload. This is necessary if you are looking at a page the content of which might be stored from a previous visit to that page.

How to fill in on-line forms

This web site inlcudes several forms that invite users to submit feedback or requests or requests for more information. All these forms are relatively easy to fill in. To move from one question to another, one can use the mouse or the "tab" button on your keyboard. With multiple choice questions - those with a round tick box - a range of answers are provided but only one can be selected. There are other questions where more than one answer can be selected and these with squared tick boxes - .

Once you are happy with the replies that you have given to the form, click ONCE on the submit button. Confirmation that the form has been delivered comes when you see the page saying "Thank you for completing the form".
